Description
Starkey is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist to be the face of HR at Starkey's Global Distribution Center (GDC) in Plainfield, Indiana. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role will work closely with the site leadership team, as well as the HR Leadership Team, to ensure alignment of business objectives with employees and management. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $ 64,680 - $79,380 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout. Benefits:
