What you'll do

As Senior Product Manager on the Collaboration & Negotiation team, you will shape world-class presignature experiences across Docusign IAM, including within Agreement Desk, CLM, and AI-Assisted Review, that help Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams (and their business partners) move agreements forward with speed and confidence.

You will help define and deliver experiences that blend great UX with automation and the latest AI technology to augment human work and delight our customers. You will ship innovative agreement interaction patterns that enable cross-functional collaboration, scalable negotiation, and the elimination of tedious work while preserving

human judgment, auditability, and trust.

You will support the product lifecycle end-to-end, from initial concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization and scaling. You will partner closely with Design and Engineering to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes, and work cross-functionally with go-to-market teams to launch and scale adoption.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Build product plans that drive end-to-end use cases that support the goals of Collaboration & Negotiation and Intelligent Agreement Management
  • Define and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross-functionally with
  • Design and Engineering to implement solutions
  • Set priorities and make tradeoffs, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Understand the most heavily used tools among our customers and key personas within companies. Be an expert and champion of these users' needs and goals.
  • Work directly with customers to identify product opportunities and gaps
  • Define key business metrics and goals, and track them
  • Translate customer feedback, market and competitive analysis, and usage data into usable, high-value end-user experiences
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiatives

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • Experience shipping highly used products with strong UX and measurable outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support
  • Experience articulatinge problem spaces, product decisions, and underlying rationale

Preferred

  • Strong decision-making skills when faced with ambiguous situations without perfect data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong UX interaction design instincts for working with documents or collaborative tools
  • Experience directly engaging with and/or managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to execution and analysis
  • Experience with legal, sales, or procurement-focused software products
  • Experience with AI/ML products, agentic systems, or enterprise automation
  • MBA, J.D., Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
