What You'll Do

  • Perform daily maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances)

  • Complete apartment turnovers and maintain common areas

  • Conduct routine building and grounds inspections

  • Communicate with vendors and contractors as needed

  • Maintain curb appeal through daily property walks and seasonal prep (snow, leaves, etc.)

  • Respond to maintenance requests and support the emergency on-call rotation

  • Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are well-maintained

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

  • Follow safety protocols and support overall property operations

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in property or building maintenance

  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair

  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and insurable driving record

  • Ability to be part of the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • HVAC/EPA Type II or Universal preferred

  • CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
