What You'll Do
Perform daily maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances) Complete apartment turnovers and maintain common areas Conduct routine building and grounds inspections Communicate with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain curb appeal through daily property walks and seasonal prep (snow, leaves, etc.) Respond to maintenance requests and support the emergency on-call rotation Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are well-maintained Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Follow safety protocols and support overall property operations
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in property or building maintenance Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and insurable driving record Ability to be part of the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills HVAC/EPA Type II or Universal preferred CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
