Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a diligent and adaptable Project Coordinator to support FCC Drive Testing activities. This role focuses on coordinating travel logistics such as hotel bookings, rental car arrangements, schedule tracking, and communication with field teams. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage fast-changing project requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Coordinate and reserve hotel accommodations for drive-testing teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective bookings.
  • Arrange rental cars and transportation logistics in alignment with project schedules and team movements.
  • Maintain daily tracking of travel plans, personnel assignments, and scheduling updates.
  • Serve as the main contact for logistical challenges, urgent changes, and communication with field teams.
  • Work closely with project managers to support staffing forecasts and travel-related needs.
  • Manage booking confirmations, receipts, and vendor invoices for documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure all arrangements comply with company travel guidelines and client expectations.
  • Provide flexible support during non-business hours as needed to match field operations.


Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in project coordination, travel logistics, operations, or related fields strongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • High degree of flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common travel booking tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable
  • Customer-service focused mindset
