Acara Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst for our client! This is a remote opportunity in EST supporting global HR system administration and Workday HCM. We are seeking qualified candidates with:
- Techno-functional Workday experience

- The ability to support global HR operations and end users
Here's what you'll do:
- Provide Workday system administration, maintenance, and production support activities for our customers' global Human Capital Management (HCM) technology to deliver core HR programs and services.
- Responsible for maintaining day-to-day Workday support for system upkeep, upgrades, and configuration changes as a result of organizational or legislative changes.
- This job is also responsible for end-user support, system testing, audits, and data integrity.
- Adheres to the customer's values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conducting audits of Human Resource activities to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and other internal/external Human Resource data governance and audit requirements.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting technical problems affecting internal and external customers on time. This may include software issues, changes, and enhancements.
- Responsible for ongoing system maintenance and design. This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation and implementation of Human Resource systems, maintenance of system configuration, Human Resource data processes and documentation, outline of specifications, gathering of data requirements, and modification of workflows, review and maintenance of integration points.
- Responsible for developing, revising, and implementing HR business processes within Workday.
- Coordinates the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflows.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and conducting Human Resource data analyses.
- Develops and maintains advanced system training material, end-user documentation, and assists with end-user training delivery.
- Liaisons and coordinates with internal Information Technology staff, serving as a Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) on cross-functional project teams to ensure the effective integration of Human Resource systems and processes with other global business applications, as appropriate.
- Executes implementation and testing of bi-annual upgrades/product releases, weekly service updates. Responsible for analyzing, testing, and communicating the scope of system releases to appropriate stakeholders to ensure smooth transition upon implementation.
- Serves as the functional and technical point of contact for assigned functional areas.
- Communicate with third-party vendors regarding file transfers, file specifications, and resolve issues as appropriate.
- Safeguards confidential information.
- Performs other functions and duties as needed.

- Minimum 5 years of techno-functional Workday experience.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.

- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
- Experience working with all organizational levels.
- Understanding of HRMS database design, structure, interfaces, and processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HR (transaction layer).
- Background or understanding of talent acquisition.
