Description

Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Summary:The Salesforce Administrator will integrate, manage and optimize our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless business operations and data integrity. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications, managing user permissions, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting integrations with other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving user adoption, improving system efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Owns system administration, including maintaining and customizing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and validation rules
  • Oversees data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing, and handles imports/exports as needed.
  • Builds and manages workflow automation, including process builder, flows, and approval processes.
  • Provides implementation and day-to-day support for Salesforce users, including providing and delivering user training, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful user adoption and usage.
  • Manages user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
  • Supports integrations with other business systems and ensures capability with Salesforce updates.
  • Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.

This is an exempt position with an annualized salaryrange of $100,000 to $125,000.

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience administering Salesforce in a business environment, including experience with user management, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience.

Preferred education and experience

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification strongly preferred
  • Experience mentoring and/or providing user training
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of data management tools and integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.

Physical/Mental demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time at a desk. Frequently required to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee will occasionally stand, walk, and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near vision for frequent use of a computer.
