Digital Marketing Specialist I (Hybrid)

SUMMARY
Responsible for developing and evaluating the performance of marketing communications campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels, including web, search, display, video, social media, and email.


Hybrid position at our location in Omaha, NE


Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday is 7:30 am-2 pm


Heavy focus on video marketing



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Focus Areas with an emphasis on 1-2 areas:

Web Content: Develop and support the website content strategy through the development and management of original content for use in websites, blogs, videos, newsletters, graphics, and other digital media. Monitor and report on results.

Social Media: Develop and support the social media content strategy through the development and management of social media communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). Create and post content across social media channels. Monitor and report on results.

Email Marketing: Develop and support the email content strategy through the development and management of email marketing campaigns and databases. Monitor and report on results.

Video Marketing: Support the video content strategy by developing and managing video marketing campaigns. Manage studio resources and coordinate webinars. Monitor and report on results.

Other Digital Marketing Duties: Research and advise on best practices. Develop and display a deep working knowledge of one of the digital channels, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze analytics from websites to determine success or failure and make recommendations to optimize user experience. Understand performance/direct response marketing, test design, and integrated concepts.

Special Projects: Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and external committees; assist with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred


Digital advertising and paid-per-click ads experience, preferred


Two (2) or more years of professional marketing/digital experience, such as developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, required

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and other digital design software, email marketing software, and social media management software, required

Experience using HubSpot, other marketing automation, and/or CRM tools, required
