Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)



  • Assist in building and debugging assembly machinery and automation systems.
  • Align and configure vision inspection systems for accuracy.
  • Debug and set up PLCs, HMIs, and servo components.
  • Repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic machine parts.
  • Read and interpret assembly and detail blueprints to build or modify machinery.
  • Fabricate minor machine components such as spacers and brackets from drawings.
  • Set and adjust pneumatic cylinder sensors and travel to ensure proper machine motion.
  • Align and configure all machine sensors for full functionality.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
  • Follow all ISO/IATF, environmental, safety, and company policies.
  • Exercise authority to stop machine operation if safety or quality concerns arise.



What You Bring (Requirements & Skills)



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of designing and troubleshooting complex machine control systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of PLC programming.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to safely operate power tools, drill presses, and band saws.
  • Understanding of pneumatic valves, air flow adjustments, and tubing.
  • Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with robot controls or mechanical components is helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of feeding and sorting bowls preferred.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures.
  • Ability to complete detailed work orders accurately.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Training in mechanics, electronics, forklift operation, or vision systems is helpful but not required.
  • Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection are required on the job.
