Job Description

As a PM Server, you will play a key role in shaping our guests' first impressions. You'll deliver outstanding service during evening hours, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help us establish a strong reputation in the community from opening day forward.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide warm, enthusiastic service to every guest



  • Welcome guests, explain our menu, and make recommendations



  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS



  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and check in with guests regularly



  • Assist in creating smooth service flow during busy grand-opening volume



  • Help uphold a clean, organized dining area and maintain side work



  • Handle payments and balance transactions accurately



  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and hosting staff



  • Support opening-week procedures and ongoing operational improvements


  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards


Qualifications




  • Prior serving experience preferred, but we're open to training the right personality



  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills



  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure



  • Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to help launch a new restaurant



  • Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and carrying plates for long periods



  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially during launch)

It is essential that you remain professional at all times, and that you treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect, under all circumstances. Every Crescent associate is a guest relations ambassador, every working minute of every day.

Work Habits:

In order to maintain a positive guest and associate experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance. You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

Safety & Security:

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
