About the Role: The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the company's quality systems, policies, and practices comply with regulatory and customer standards across food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Quality, this role supports corporate QA activities by developing and maintaining documentation, overseeing internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong analytical thinking, technical writing, and problem-solving skills to maintain compliance with programs such as SQF, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards. Acting as a key quality resource and backup to the Senior Manager, the Quality Assurance Specialist also serves as the SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator to safeguard product quality and safety.
