ANALYGENCE has an immediate opportunity for a Data Entry Operator to support NAVSUP with the processing of SERDs and related Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). We are seeking team members with a desire to grow professionally and add value to our pursuit of exceptional results.
- Input, review, and validate Supply Equipment Resource Data (SERDs) into NAVSUP-authorized databases and information systems with high accuracy.
- Verify completeness and correctness of SERD documentation, ensuring required technical, logistics, and configuration data fields are accurately captured.
- Update and maintain ILS records, including configuration data, allowance lists, and logistics product data associated with SERD submissions.
- Monitor the status of SERD actions, track workflow progress, and flag incomplete or missing information for government or engineering review.
- Coordinate with logistics analysts, item managers, and technical personnel to obtain clarifications, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain digital filing and document control, ensuring SERD packages and supporting documentation are properly stored and easily retrievable.
- Generate and run system queries, reports, and data extracts to support ILS analysis, audits, and program review requirements.
- Assist in quality assurance checks, identifying data inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with NAVSUP and Navy logistics data standards.
- Support periodic data clean-up or reconciliation efforts, ensuring records remain current and aligned with the latest ILS updates.
- Ensure all data processing activities follow applicable NAVSUP policies, security requirements, and information-handling procedures.
- Requires skill in operating an alphanumeric keyboard, and an understanding of transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment.
- This position requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed, and searching for interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of document sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
