We're seeking a Senior Consultant in Philadelphia in our Organizational Strategy Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Senior Consultant, you'll help clients to solve some of their most challenging operating model/organizational design problems, providing them with practical ways to impact their business tangibly and sustainably.

YOU WILL:

  Use knowledge of business analysis and process as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.

  Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.

  Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.

  Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• 
  

  5+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.

  
  
• 
  

  An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in op model/org design.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in capability/skills modeling (workforce).

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in building the "workforce of the future" leveraging or focused on digital/technology.

  
  
• 
  

  An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

  
  
• 
  

  A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.

  
  
• 
  

  Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

  
  
• 
  

  A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.

  
  
• 
  

  The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
