Erbert & Gerbert Sandwich Shop Manager

Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop located inside Coborn's in Big Lake, Minnesota is hiring for a full-time Store Manager to lead our Sandwich Shop!

The Sandwich Shop Manager operates, directs, and supervises the Store. Duties include managing department expense, control shrinkage and pilferage losses. Prepares products for sale and consumption. Ensures favorable image with customers through a clean, attractive, friendly and well-stocked store. Unloads and transports merchandise to appropriate area. Controls freshness by coding and rotating all products. Responsible for directing staff to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.
