EHS Regulatory Coordinator Bilingual

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

SUMMARY:

Responsible for documentation and implementation of safety guidelines which provide coverage for multiple areas of operations, sampling, audits, assessments, reporting, administration, and related areas.

Compensation: $22.00 - 24.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides a variety of EHS support with knowledge covering multiple areas of operations, including sampling, audits, assessments, reporting, administration, and related areas; involves more intermediate to complex EHS areas.
  • Interprets data to support staff and management regarding EHS policies, programs, and practices
  • Understand and identify PPE regulatory product certification/Registration requirements
  • Lead change management projects for regulatory packaging and labeling (ex. ISP, NOM, IRAM, etc.)
  • Support US plant audits

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, safety, chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences, or a closely related field;
  • 1-2 years of safety or Chemical Regulatory affairs experience, Preferred

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Review of translation of documents needed for regulatory for accuracy (CoC and DoC, UIs, packaging, labels, technical data sheets)
  • Support during US plant audit
  • Central point of contact to coordinate and support regulatory documentation needs for tenders and local registrations (e.g. test reports, DoCs, etc).
  • Review translations for quality
  • Regulatory background/experience Interest in/experience in digital systems, software, generative AI, and data visualization
  • Experience with certification/registration requirements for PPE
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
