Together, we aim to meet the evolving needs of medical devices, enhance component miniaturization, and improve the maneuverability of small and precision components, ultimately contributing to improved device functionality.

It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a Quality Technician on 2nd shift. This position supports the Quality Department by ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements through effective inspection, testing, and documentation practices. The Quality Technician plays a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong focus on ISO13485 standards and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, non-exempt paid position, and the hours for this position are Monday-Thursday, 3:30PM-1:30AM.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of inspection equipment (CT scanner, vision system, CMM, calipers, micrometer, gauges, etc.).
  • Walk the production floor and collect part samples for the Quality Lab.
  • Walk the production floor and perform visual inspection of parts to provide real time feedback to manufacturing.
  • Review records and ensure GDP compliance.
  • Perform and record inspections to support production activities.
  • Perform and record inspections to support development activities (GR&R studies, FAIs, correlation analysis and capability analysis).
  • Perform and record inspections of incoming raw materials.
  • Review inspection results for completeness and appropriateness and escalate if issues arise.
  • Communicate inspection results with internal team members.
  • Work with production and development to inspect product in a timely manner.
  • Perform Shipping Review Checklist.
  • Execute clearnroom particulate testing as directed.
  • Assist in the improvement and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
  • Draft new departmental procedures and revise existing ones as needed.
  • Supports Isometric ISO 13485 continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience:



  • Associate's degree in a related technical field or 2+ years of relevant quality inspection experience.
  • Understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.
  • Knowledge of inspection methods and equipment.
  • Experience in medical molding and validation preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures in a regulated environment.
