Description MaineHealth Corporate Professional - Nonclinical Req #: 56584 Summary: The Program Management Specialist role is responsible for drafting work plans, monitoring day to day activities, timelines and other operational aspects of assigned program including development of program materials and tools. With minimal direction, this role may lead one or more small programs. Responsibilities: * Lead projects that advance policy, systems, and environmental changes to improve access to nutrition, physical activity, and breast/chest feeding support. * Contribute to department initiatives addressing food insecurity. * Co-facilitate evidence-based healthy aging programs for community members (training provided by department). * Collaborate with community-based organizations to strengthen the health and well-being of our community. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or relevant field required. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Two years of relevant work experience demonstrating knowledge of project coordination, administrative practices, and hospital/healthcare systems required.
