Sr. Project Manager- SAP Workplace Type: 100% Remote Job Category: Project Manager (General) Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Technologies Project Manager to join a Program Management Office (PMO) that leads major business transformation technology projects across the enterprise. This role will manage a variety of technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment, leveraging corporate project management processes and methodologies to deliver value and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities The Sr. Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include managing project initiation, planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives; aligning teams around project goals; managing budgets, schedules, and risks; and ensuring projects meet technical requirements and business objectives. Additional duties include facilitating steering committees, maintaining project repositories, managing internal and external suppliers, and driving readiness elements that support business and financial objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of eight years of IT project management experience and a university degree or equivalent combination of work experience and certifications. Proven experience delivering SAP S4 Hana implementations and managing infrastructure projects involving networking, cloud, and security is essential. Strong knowledge of project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid, PMP certification, and proficiency with Microsoft applications are required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to influence across multiple organizations, manage virtual teams, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Preferred Skills Experience with Planview, Microsoft Project, and Visio is highly desirable. Familiarity with phase gating processes and the ability to take on roles within Agile frameworks, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner, is a plus.
