Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Pipeline Manager to join our Utility Operations team. The ideal candidate will facilitate cross-functional workshops, secure phase-gate approvals, and create comprehensive business cases for transmission and power generation projects. Responsibilities include utilizing data-driven insights for business proposals, defining project objectives, overseeing preliminary engineering/design, leading feasibility studies, developing cost estimates, and managing project risks. The role requires strong collaboration, communication skills, technical understanding, financial modeling proficiency, and organizational abilities. Physical Requirements The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $170,500. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
