Overview:

This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercy's healthcare system. As an RLA Associate, you'll explore a variety of departments and functions, gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics and Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team-based projects is a plus.

  • Required Education: A bachelor's degree must be completed between December 2025 and May 2026 to be eligible for the July 2026 program start.

  • Other: A passion for service, curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare, and a commitment to Mercy's mission and values.
