Looking for a change from the traditional school model? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to provide engaging, personalized education to high school youth within Department of Youth Services (DYS) programs.

We offer a high-support environment, with no cell phone battles and no lunch duty. Our teachers can focus on what is most important - supporting student success. Our teachers focus on doing what they love to do - working with diverse, multi-grade level students who have complex learning profiles to unlock their potential.

This is a Teacher position located in the Metro Boston (Dorchester) area.


Impactful Teaching

Our students are court-involved youth and also budding artists, curious scientists, talented musicians, aspiring college students, and future change agents eager to experience hope and contribute to their communities.

We welcome candidates with diverse experience:

  • Aspiring educators - Professionals with experience working with teenagers in academic and support settings are encouraged to apply.

  • Current educators - We welcome applicants with a current Massachusetts secondary teacher licensure (8-12; 5-12)*, especially those with experience with students placed at-risk.

  • Career-Changers - Professionals seeking to change careers or return to teaching who are willing to obtain certification are also encouraged to apply.

*High School Math certification is preferred.
