Overview We are seeking a Medical Staffing Coordinator, sometimes referred to as a Clinical Staffing Coordinator, Clinical Scheduling Coordinator Credentialing & Quality Coordinator. The Medical Staffing Coordinator supports departments by developing and maintaining schedules in collaboration with the CNO and leadership, ensuring staffing levels align with patient care needs, labor agreements, and internal policy. The Medical Staffing Coordinator will manage daily staffing adjustments in real time, coordinate with leadership on staffing forecasts, and participate in position control meetings to optimize coverage and cost-effectiveness. Shifts Available: Days Employment Type: Part-Time (32 hours/Week) Hours: 8-hour - 7:30am to 4:00pm (No weekends or holidays) Location: South Kansas City Surgicenter (Overland Park, KS) and St. Mary' Surgery Center (Blue Springs, MO) Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare:
