Job Title: Product Manager, Aftermarket Parts Intern

What we are looking for:

We are looking for aninternin the Product Management Aftermarket Parts department.This roleprovidesa unique opportunityto learn about Product Managementfunction includingportfolioandcatalog creation/maintenance,customer insightsand associated marketdata, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within a multi-brand, multi-channel organization.

Whatyou'llbe responsible forin this role:

  • Intern will work withthe Senior Product Manager of Parts to understand keydrivers, gather customer insights, and funnel them into keydeliverables

  • Support competitive benchmarking and market research for key product categories

  • Support physical and digital catalogcreation

  • Develop basic understanding of customer needs and key purchase criteria through Voice-of-Customer initiatives

  • Track projectdeliverables and help prepare updates for leadership and cross-functional teams

What are the basic qualifications?

  • Enrolled in a four-yearbusinessdegree programor equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What are the preferred qualifications?

  • Basic knowledge ofbusiness 101 principles.

  • Exposure tobasic financial analysis or accounting principles

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

To be a great fit for the role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills withproficiencyin Excel and/or Power BI

  • Demonstratedcustomeraptitude is desirable.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited information exists.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures

  • Ability towritereports, business correspondence

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers

  • Ability with take concept to reality
