DeZURIK is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Municipal Business Unit (MBU) and associated manufacturing plants. In this role, you'll turn data into insight-helping leaders make informed decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term strategic success. You will prepare and analyze MBU KPIs, financial statements, and cost, margin, and revenue trends. Your work will support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as quarterly sales (SIOP) forecasts and annual cost updates. You'll partner with sales, marketing, sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing to evaluate capital projects, support product development opportunities, and conduct pricing and competitive analysis. A typical week might include building dashboards in Excel or Tableau/DOMO, reviewing variances to plan, analyzing product and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities, and preparing data-driven recommendations for management. You'll also work with third-party data providers to prepare industry and government business reports and support cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis (manufacturing experience preferred). Strong analytical skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, DOMO) is a plus.
