Position Summary:
The Associate Aesthetic Manager (AAM) is a role within the Commercial Division, designed to support account management and sales initiatives while contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role is part of the vacancy management program, which involves deployment to various geographic areas based on business needs and opportunities. The AAM will play a critical role in driving and growth within aesthetic practices, cultivating relationships with customers, and other stakeholders. The role requires extensive travel and is ideal for aspiring sales account managers who seek mentorship and development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $70K. The salary displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including aesthetic practice providers, office staff, and leaders within assigned territories.
  • Prioritize customer engagements and optimize reach, frequency, and depth of product utilization.
  • Support the growth and expansion of the product lines through effective account development strategies and pull-through tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to assess business impact, identify opportunities, and drive results.

Sales Execution and Education:

  • Deliver product education focuses on the benefits of the client's portfolio and its applications within aesthetic practices.
  • Partner with aesthetic practices to understand their workflows and how the products can enhance patient outcomes and practice performance.
  • Collaborate with Territory Leaders and other team members to ensure alignment with sales and organizational goals.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Foster engagement with leadership and provide valuable insights to enhance organizational strategies and outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive success in deployed geographies.
  • Share best practices and feedback with peers and management to elevate team performance and national execution standards.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Adhere to all company and industry guidelines, maintaining the highest ethical standards in customer interactions and account management practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience:
    • Proven record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in account management.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industries is a plus.
    • Familiarity with aesthetic practices and product education is preferred.
    • Must successfully pass all Amplity and Client product training.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision-making and performance.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Travel: 75%, and willingness to travel extensively and stay in deployed locations for extended periods.

Credentialing Requirements:

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Company's expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses. This list may be subject to change, including the potential for additions or modifications. In the event of any significant changes, you will be notified accordingly.
