This is a full-time in-office position with some flexibility to work remote.

Job Overview:

Law and Government - Knowledge in how to research laws, court procedures, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.

Complex Problem-Solving - Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

This paralegal position will support the office of general counsel with various administrative and legal support tasks. Duties include but are not limited to processing duplicate diploma and education verification requests, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, sending communications on behalf of attorneys, preparing for conferences and meetings, and organizing and maintaining files.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Associate's degree in paralegal or legal assistant studies, a paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor Degree, or a bachelor's degree in paralegal or legal assistant studies preferred.

Experience as an administrative assistant (preferably in a law firm or in a legal department), legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal preferred.
