Are you ready to shape the future of vacuum and abatement solutions in the semiconductor industry? We're looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Process to:

Capture the growth of the Diff/CVD/EPI market by staying close to customers and understanding their problems. Segment the market by process challenge and performance requirements.

Identify SIA product solutions that solve target market segment vacuum and abatement challenges on Diff/CVD/EPI processes, across all SEMI marekt sectors. Where product portfolio gaps are identifed, size the market and create MRS to fill in alignment wiht overall product strategy.

Coordinate global sales and marketing efforts and aprticipate in SIA OGSM planning. Be the driver of brand awareness, enhancing profitability and track market share gains.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans based on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Define long-term strategies to grow profitable market share in Diff / CVD / EPI segments.
  • Collaborate with product, applications, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and customer relevance.
  • Approve Market Requirement Specifications (MRS) for all relevant products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the semiconductor industry.
  • Lead targeted marketing campaigns tailored to sector-specific needs.
  • Manage branding and communication strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Support sales teams with expert product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Identify and support synergistic M&A opportunities and new market expansion.

Job Scope

  • Manage a large product revenue portfolio and drive growth in line with OGSM targets.
  • Achieve UGP targets for the SIA Diff / CVD / EPI product lines.
  • Identify and escalate critical product, organizational, and support gaps to resolution.
  • Collaborate with CC and global sales teams to design and implement revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Explore both organic and inorganic growth opportunities aligned with SIA's strategic goals.
  • Expand the company's reach into new markets and customer segments.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing channels.

What You Bring

  • Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding.
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Applications, or Product Management within the SEMI industry.
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor process technology.
  • Excellent customer engagement and sales skills.
  • Track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach.
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
