About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Customer Finance, to join our team at our Los Angeles, CA office. As the Director, Customer Finance, you will lead financial strategy and decision support for several of our largest QSR customers, owning full P&L management, driving pricing and profitability initiatives, and serving as a key financial thought partner to customer account leadership. This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles, CA four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Compensation



  • Salary Range: $135,000-$180,000



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Finance team
  • Own customer-level P&L performance and drive pricing and net revenue management strategies
  • Translate operational costs, freight, warehousing, and SG&A impacts into pricing and profitability guidance
  • Partner with customer account leadership to shape financial strategy and long-term customer outcomes
  • Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Evaluate and implement pricing strategies to enhance customer and corporate financial goals
  • Independently lead cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and competitive position



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, finance, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading pricing decisions and profitability analysis
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions using complete or limited data
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven financial leadership supporting customer-facing or commercial teams

  • Experience in food manufacturing or CPG
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across levels and functions
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
