Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Join our team as the Warehouse Supervisor at our Mt. Pleasant, Iowa distribution center. This is 2nd shift Mon - Fri - 2pm-10:20pm. Your Role as Warehouse Supervisor: Our Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing daily direction by directing and managing distribution operations with a focus on quality, delivery, cost, safety, member development, and continuous improvement. You will: Work cooperatively with all leadership of the RDC to constantly improve departmental and overall operations and achieve goals. Engage and motivate Members and provide onsite leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements, improved working relationships, and high Member morale through effective communication, coaching, training, development, and root cause analysis. Understand and implement improvements to shipping related damage. Maintain a well-trained staff to support the business needs based off of the staffing model. Identify cost savings and drive efficiency improvements in all areas of RDC operations by utilizing RCI and lean principles. Drive a safety culture to prevent recordable or loss time accidents at the facility including developing and implementing training sessions for all RDC Members. The Skills You Need Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering or industrial technology or related technical discipline preferred.
