Regions Hospital has a part-time opening available at our inpatient rehab. This position would work 24 hours per week.

This OT position will primarily serve patients admitted to our 21-bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility on Mondays/Tuesdays with coverage on the acute floors and on Fridays of our Trauma Level 1 hospital. There is opportunity to pick up additional shifts as well on either rehab or acute units. Experience in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, and complex trauma preferred. We work collaboratively as an interdisciplinary team so strong problem solving and communication skills are needed. We provide a thorough on-boarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff. Regions Rehabilitation offers in-services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Works every 4th weekend and one to two holidays per year. There is also ability to pick up other weekdays shifts as well.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist

  • Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist

  • Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar settings/diagnosis.

  • Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
