Peraton is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Deputy Portfolio Manager to lead strategic alignment, stakeholder coordination, and cross-program integration for the FAA's Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) program. This position is a Director and will report directly to the VP, Program Manager. As part of the leadership team, the Portfolio Manager makes certain that this complex, multiyear effort is connected to the FAA's broader goals, funding priorities, and operational outcomes. This role is critical for translating between day-to-day execution and strategic vision - enabling the system integrator to deliver with agility, alignment, and accountability across a multi-program, multi-stakeholder environment. In this position, you will:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the program's portfolio including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple concurrent projects.

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
