Student Assistant II

Our Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to assist our Child and Adult Neurodevelopmental Clinic (CAN). The CAN is a training clinic for neuropsychological and psychodiagnostics assessment servicing children, adolescents, and adults. Primary duties include:

• Assist with patient intakes (screening, tracking, and referrals)
• Coordinating patients appointments
• Assist with clinic filing systems
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be current UCLA Student
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to assist with data entry for research studies
• Ability to schedule patient and administrative appointments
• Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff and patients
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with direction
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
