   Dean of Engineering Job Description
   As Mizzou Engineering embarks on the next phase of its strategic plan, we're reimagining how we support and inspire our students. The Director of Academic Advising will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading a talented advising team, fostering data-informed student success, and helping shape the future of engineering education at Mizzou. To realize this vision, the College seeks a Director of Academic Advising who combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education and Student Success, the Director will collaborate with the College of Engineering Recruitment and Career Services and academic departments to align advising practices with the College's goals for student success, retention, and inclusive excellence. Primary responsibilities include: 
 Shift
   Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening and/or weekends Minimum Qualifications
   A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
   6 years' experience in advising, counseling, admissions or student services is required. Anticipated Hiring Range
   Salary Range: $69,097.60 - $95,000 per hour Application Materials
