As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Decatur, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving attitude, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, including production areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, remaining alert to potential hazards within the location.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment for all employees, visitors, and contractors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
