Security Officer Retail Patrol Full Time

As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Full Time in Anna, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a retail environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. Your presence will be instrumental in maintaining order and providing exceptional customer service while addressing concerns in a professional manner. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the retail environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or security-related incidents occurring within the location.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff while promoting a sense of order through visible patrols.
• Communicate professionally with store staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
