As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by actively monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. This is a driving post, so you will patrol the premises by vehicle as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or visitors at the hotel and resort location by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies or disturbances on the premises.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain site integrity.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Work collaboratively with hotel and resort staff to support a welcoming and secure environment for all occupants and guests.
• Assist with managing visitor and contractor access, following established protocols for verification and authorization.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to guests as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
