As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible on site, and provide outstanding customer service while responding to various security-related situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Help to deter unwanted activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, incidents, or hazardous conditions to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from restricted areas within the location.
• Respond promptly to incidents and escalate situations as necessary, following established protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by providing information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
