As a Patrol Security Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, interacting professionally with staff and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, where you will utilize company-approved vehicles to patrol the premises. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activities and monitor for potential issues.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required, maintaining accurate and timely reports for the site.
• Communicate with personnel and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance or information as needed.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a strong security-related presence by upholding the standards and protocols established for the location.
• Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
