Security Guard - Auto Site Patrol Driver

As a Security Guard - Auto Site Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Officer at this automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you build rapport through outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for anything unusual in the auto industry environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities to management or law enforcement as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, observations, and/or incidents according to company protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information or directions as needed while upholding site-specific procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A current state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
