The Outbound Sales Rep I is 100% remote based anywhere in the US.

Purpose of Role

Sell assigned products to retail channel partners advising of marketing and sell-through initiatives.

Key Accountabilities Include



  • Ensure assigned sales targets are achieved
  • Enable the portability of managed accounts
  • Ensure channel partner engagement


Primary Responsibilities Include



  • Make targeted numbers of calls to channel partners
  • Present products, promotions, and prices to assigned channel partners
  • Resolve customer service issues with assigned channel partners
  • Document channel partner contact and sales activity in CRM system
  • Report and communicate channel partners activity to stakeholders
  • Function as sales contact for assigned channel partners

  • Sales Planning: Plans and manager sales activities.

Qualifications

Ideal



  • Experienced in retail or wholesale sales
  • Experience providing customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
  • Experience with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time
  • Experience with office productivity software
  • Able to travel up to 5% of the time


Preferred



  • 2+ years of call center/inside sales experience
  • CRM system experience
  • Passionate about music or audio
  • Microsoft Office Suite
