Job description
Title: Atlassian/DevOps Administrator Location: Remote As a Atlassian Administrator, you will be working with our DevOps team to manage and optimize our development and operational processes. Your primary focus will be on Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Additionally, you will work with Connect All integration platform in Integrating various third party tools with Jira . proficiency with popular scripting languages (groovy or python) to automate workflows and improve efficiency. * Administer and maintain Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud environments. * Support and Administer Atlassian tools which includes (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira). * Configure and manage Connect All integration platform to ensure smooth data flow between various systems. * Develop and maintain scripts using popular scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks and processes. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement the best practices and optimize workflows. * Document processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference and training purposes. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices. Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration. * Familiarity with Connect All integration platform. * Proficiency in popular scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, and PowerShell. * Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. * 5+ years' experience administrating Atlassian products (Bamboo, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Exposure to Incident and change management tools (i.e. Service now) * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
