As a Security Officer - Dispatch Commercial in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting the security-related operations within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activity, coordinating timely responses, and providing clear communication with both team members and visitors. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a visible and professional presence while utilizing technology such as computers or tablets. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communication activities for the location, handling incoming and outgoing calls and dispatching appropriate resources as needed.
• Support security-related procedures by documenting incidents, maintaining logs, and providing accurate information to Allied Universal personnel and site management.
• Assist in responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for commercial real estate environments.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to relay important messages and coordinate responses to situations that arise within the property.
• Utilize monitoring systems and technology to observe and report any unusual activities or conditions within the location.
• Provide customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and tenants with inquiries related to security-related procedures and building access.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique requirements and expectations of the commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
