As a Security Professional - Bank Patrol in Westminster, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a financial institution environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence and attentive service will help to create a secure atmosphere for all individuals on site. By consistently communicating with staff and visitors, you will build trust and provide exceptional customer service, upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in every interaction.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the proper authorities and/or Allied Universal management.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or authorization for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and security-related observations as required by site protocols.
• Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations to help to deter violations and promote a secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
