Oct 22, 2025

Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Salesforce PRM, GTM Applications, and Cloud Integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, define scalable processes, and deliver AI-driven automations that simplify and accelerate the Lead-to-Cash journey.

This is a high-impact role requiring close engagement with Product, Business Ops, Legal, Finance, Channels, and Engineering teams - balancing product vision, execution discipline, and stakeholder alignment across on-shore and off-shore teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce PRM, GTM Automation, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, BizApps, Channels, Finance) to map, automate, and optimize Lead-to-Cash and Partner journeys.

  • Design and roll out AI-driven automation and insights across quoting, forecasting, approvals, and partner onboarding.

  • Drive M&A integration projects, ensuring seamless system alignment, data migration, and process harmonization.

  • Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and define detailed user journeys and success metrics.

  • Create epics, features, and user stories in JIRA, ensuring traceability from requirements to release.

  • Participate in Solution Design Reviews and validate design proposals against business needs and scalability principles.

  • Demonstrate strong solutioning judgment, balancing short-term tactical fixes with long-term strategic platform goals.

  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and UAT teams to support testing, validation, and defect triage.

  • When needed, wear multiple hats (Product, QA, UAT coordinator) depending on evolving business priorities and organizational needs.

  • Coordinate and support post-deployment and Hypercare activities, ensuring smooth adoption and operational stability.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders - proactively recommending industry best practices, optimal solution approaches, and innovation opportunities that align with enterprise strategy.

  • Define and continuously measure ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative to validate business impact and process improvements.

  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and workflow documentation.

  • Collaborate across time zones - actively joining offshore morning and late-evening calls to coordinate with global delivery teams.

  • Champion UX simplification, data governance, and compliance standards across all GTM applications.

Solution Design
  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce-centric GTM processes, ensuring architectural scalability, system integrity, and user adoption.

  • Develop blueprints and process flow diagrams (L1-L3) to illustrate integrations across Salesforce, CLM, PRM, Marketplace, and ERP systems.

  • Define data models, object relationships, and orchestration flows across business units (Sales, Channels, Finance, Legal).

  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for key automation components and recommend optimal implementation strategies.

  • Collaborate with engineering, BizApps, and enterprise architects to ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and integration frameworks.

  • Own design governance reviews, ensuring each proposed feature or enhancement adheres to enterprise standards.

  • Translate business pain points into solution frameworks, ensuring traceability from user stories to test and release.

  • Partner with data teams to design data mining and enrichment strategies, ensuring PRM and GTM systems stay clean, connected, and insightful.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce PRM, GTM Applications, or Lead-to-Cash ecosystems.

  • Proven success implementing or managing integrations with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Experience with CLM tools (e.g., DocuSign CLM, ICertis, Conga) and end-to-end contract automation.

  • Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven automation, data mining, and process mapping.

  • Background in M&A integration - assessing system overlap, harmonizing processes, and executing cutover plans.

  • Strong understanding of cross-functional product management spanning Product Dev, Ops, and Support.

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.

  • Salesforce Admin or Product Management certifications preferred.

Work Expectations
  • Work from Foster City HQ three days a week (Wednesday mandatory).

  • Must be willing to collaborate with offshore teams in morning and late-evening calls to support delivery alignment and global execution.
