Our outstanding client is looking for a CorporateAccountantto join their team. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional to support key financial operations within our organization. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and maintaining strong accounting controls. The culture is fantastic, leadership is great and this is a hybrid role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage key components of the monthly financial cycle - compiling data, validating entries, and ensuring results reflect the true performance of each region.

  • Partner with business and finance leaders in reviewing monthly results, identifying variances, and offering meaningful commentary to guide decision-making.

  • Reconcile key accounts to maintain data integrity, proactively investigating discrepancies and following up until resolution.

  • Oversee the reconciliation of corporate banking activity and ensure records are complete and current.

  • Deliver timely financial packages and client-facing reports in accordance with contractual or operational commitments.

  • Document and refine workflows to build repeatable, scalable processes across the accounting function.

  • Participate in special projects or ad-hoc analyses that strengthen financial transparency and operational effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to balance independent work with collaborative problem-solving.

  • Adept with technology - advanced Excel user with strong familiarity across standard office applications.

  • Clear communicator who values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience That Helps

  • minimum 2years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or related areas.

  • Exposure to general ledger systems and standard accounting principles is advantageous, but not mandatory.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
