We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR project management professional to lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.   • Lead the development of HR project standards, processes, and methodologies. Finalize HR project workflows across various initiatives, ensuring external validation of best practices and building internal capabilities for continuous improvement. Implement comprehensive tools, templates, and tech stacks to efficiently manage multiple HR projects simultaneously
  • Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects by applying industry best practices, with a focus on delivering results on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Lead and oversee HR project teams and ensure adherence to project standards and alignment with overall business strategy
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across departments-such as finance, operations, IT to support their HR-related initiatives. Ensure clear communication, strategic alignment, and buy-in from key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Identify potential risks related to HR projects and develop proactive strategies to address these risks, maintaining momentum and achieving desired outcomes
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational impact. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data and feedback
  • Present project progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment
  • Ability to travel 20%-25% as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus in Human Resources
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems, talent management platforms, and technology solutions
  • Proven experience with change management
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to implement strategic initiatives
  • Financial acumen related to budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI analysis for HR projects
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey project status and strategic insights
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project success
