ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with Fox Corporation, is launching a new membership-based business centered around premium live entertainment experiences. We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to build and lead the full operational infrastructure for this business.

Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Operations, this individual will be responsible for turning strategic vision into execution-owning logistics, systems, market readiness, and key relationships across all markets. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in startup-style growth environments and has a deep passion for operational excellence in a premium service model.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple markets, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent member experience

  • Develop and implement scalable SOPs, workflows, and systems including CRM, booking, fulfillment, and analytics platforms

  • Manage venue onboarding, logistics coordination, and launch execution for new markets

  • Build and lead HQ and field operations teams across member services, logistics, and fulfillment functions

  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to ensure quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with the SVP, Strategy & Operations on planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives

  • Create internal feedback loops to optimize service delivery and align operations with the overall brand experience

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance to drive aligned execution and innovation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or hospitality, with a focus on multi-site or multi-market service delivery

  • Proven success building systems, processes, and teams in high-growth or premium service environments

  • Hands-on leadership experience in field operations, live events, or member services

  • Strong understanding of financial operations, P&L management, and cost optimization in a consumer-facing business

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills, with the ability to toggle between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds implementation

  • Strong communication and leadership presence in fast-paced, cross-functional settings

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Background in hospitality, luxury services, entertainment, or event operations

  • Experience working in startup environments or new business incubation

  • Familiarity with CRM and booking tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or event-specific platforms

  • Track record of launching operations in new geographic markets

  • Experience building or optimizing customer support or member services infrastructures
