GENERAL FUNCTION

The Marketing Coordinator supports traditional media, digital, and in-clinic marketing efforts for TeamVision clinics. This role will work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager & Senior Director Strategy & Marketing to develop and execute omnichannel marketing programs designed to drive new patient acquisition, patient retention, and increased revenue per clinic encounter.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Contributes and assists in project execution and delivers initial content drafts for collaboration and review with fellow Marketing team members.
  • Develops marketing assets for traditional media buys, in clinic visual materials, and community initiatives.
  • Supports clinics to maximize return on approved local opportunities or community driven initiatives.
  • Partners with vendors to help ensure clinics are taking advantage of all approved offerings from website, marketing, and recall vendors.
  • Collaborates with Manager to ensure patient recalls are following industry best practices while maximizing tools at the team's disposal.
  • Supports with Visual Merchandising initiatives including signage management, visual guide creation, photo placement checks, and delivering field feedback on execution
  • Prepares clinic communications for all marketing & Visual Merchandising related initiatives
  • Supports vendor payment management including submitting & tracking POs, and vendor invoice management.
  • Performs other administrative responsibilities as assigned by Manager or as the business requires.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing landscape
  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience in retail or eyecare industry
  • Visual Merchandising experience is a plus


Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
