$92,206.40 - $191,505.60 Position Summary

Primary responsibility for supporting all financial aspects of practice operations for the Company's rapidly growing Radiation and Radiology businesses; thoroughly understanding the results of operations for practices under responsibility; supporting regional operations personnel with analysis of financial results and driving improvements in results of operations. Presents monthly financial results, summarizing both successful items and items warranting improvement. Supports ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Key Performance Areas
  • Review and present monthly financial reports for each AON radiation and radiology practice as assigned, including all relevant analysis of revenue and expenses associated with Radioligands, Diagnostic Imaging and other aspects of nuclear medicine along with comprehensive analysis of areas that can be improved upon from a financial perspective.

  • Assist in preparing provider compensation models in alignment with compensation agreements and coordinate with Sr VP Operations team and Payroll team to enact payments on a monthly basis or quarterly basis as applicable.

  • Provide support from time to time with "ad hoc" reports and data assembly for inter-department use and for other AON departments as well. For example, assistance with modeling and reviewing radiation and radiology opportunities, evaluating joint venture results, etc.

  • Analyze company financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, compliance issues and cash needs.

  • Manage relationships with other department leaders to promote collaboration in areas not limited to but including revenue cycle, insurance needs, payroll and human services.

  • Is "hands on and can roll sleeves up" While this role will provide leadership to Financial Analysts and direct reports as assigned, this leadership must be performed through a lens of being willing to "do it yourself" as needed.

  • Develop analysis criteria with benchmarks and timelines for monthly work- flow.

  • Position may involve similar functions as noted above applied to other departments (ie. Research).

Position Qualifications

Education

  • BS, Finance or Accounting required

Minimum Relevant Experience

  • 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles for Radiation and Radiology
  • Past physician practice experience
  • Knowledge of or aptitude for learning complex financial models
  • Experience with Prophix is a plus

Skills

  • Experience with Prophix is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
