TMCOE partners with agencies to deliver specialized services and strategic solutions aligned with their business priorities. Through collaboration, research, and best practices, TMCOE advances the employee experience from recruitment to retirement. How you make a difference in this role: In this leadership role, you will shape how TN State Government welcomes and integrates talent. By advancing the candidate and onboarding experience, you will help agencies strengthen recruitment outcomes, increase retention, and ensure a consistent, positive introduction to state service. Job Overview: As a member of the Office of People, Performance and Culture (OPPC) leadership team, the Director leads the Talent Integration Team. This team focuses on the candidate-to-employee experience, including candidate experience, onboarding, and jobs management (technical side of recruiting). The Director ensures seamless integration between talent acquisition and employee experience functions, advancing consistency and excellence across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and six years of progressive experience leading programs and teams in a talent management or related area. Preferred Qualifications:
