Job Summary

The Corporate Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to Inter-Con's corporate office employees. This position is responsible for corporate HR communications, arranging and providing support for team events (bi-monthly car wash, lunches, raffles, etc.) and ownership of the service awards program. The Corporate HR Coordinator is based on-site in Pasadena and will report to the Director of Human Resources.




  • Creates and distributes outgoing HR communications
  • Owns the company service milestone awards program, including creating and distributions service awards and communicating milestones to managers for their team members.
  • Manages the Employee of the Month program
  • Separates, scans and sends incoming mail to departments
  • Coordinates and facilitates corporate employee events
  • Manages company branded swag, including monitoring inventory, reordering products, and send out swag orders as needed
  • Assembles and distributes corporate new hire welcome bags
  • Assists with verifications of employment as needed
  • Acts as backup for executive support, including the executive phone line
  • Active member of the corporate newsletter committee
  • Ensures maintenance of accurate and complete records, files and reporting in accordance with company processes, policies and procedures, as well as any applicable regulatory information.
  • Uses individual discretion to identify and escalates issues appropriately

Qualifications

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in HR administrative support role demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Highly Proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Canva experience is a plus.
  • Paycom experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with co-workers, internal and external customers, and senior management.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
